It’s time for round two. Hillary Clinton, coming off a decisive win at the first presidential debate, will face off with Donald Trump yet again at the second presidential debate on Sunday, October 9, at 9 pm..

The 90-minute debate — no commercial breaks — will be held at Washington University in St. Louis and moderated by CNN’s Anderson Cooper and ABC’s Martha Raddatz, an experienced foreign policy reporter who used to cover the Pentagon and the State Department, and a veteran debate moderator.

US Second Presidential Debate Result : What Polls Says?

  1. Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton leads Republican rival Donald Trump by 5 percentage points among likely voters, roughly the same advantage she has held over the past several weeks, according to the Reuters/Ipsos national tracking poll released Friday.
  2. Hillary Clinton has won the second presidential debate according to voters, the first opinion poll has found.
  3. The CNN poll found 57 per cent of people feel Ms Clinton won the debate, compared to 34 per cent of voters who felt Donald Trump performed best.
  4. A further poll by YouGov found 47 per cent of people polled favoured Ms Clinton while 42 per cent backed Mr Trump.
  5. Among people who had previously been undecided about who they would be casting their vote for, Clinton also won narrowly by 44 per cent to 41 per cent.

The Second Presidential Debate 2016 is at 6:30 AM- 8:00 AM (India Time) on Monday, October 10

The second presidential debate will take the form of a town meeting, in which half of the questions will be posed directly by citizen participants and the other half will be posed by the moderator based on topics of broad public interest as reflected in social media and other sources. The candidates will have two minutes to respond and there will be an additional minute for the moderator to facilitate further discussion. The town meeting participants will be uncommitted voters selected by the Gallup Organization.
